The Khubel Family

Connections and relationships are so important in my life with all of the people I cross paths with. When I was 14 years old I began my first “job” as a babysitter. The very first family to hire me was the Khubels. They lived just down the street with two adorable little boys, one just a few months old and the other at 3 years old. The Khubels, now a family of five, and myself have remained in touch over the years though college visits home or family and friend gatherings over the holidays, and our relationship is something I truly value. When I posted that I had a few days available while visiting Dallas for portrait sessions, the Khubels immediately reached out. It was a magical experience watching our relationship come full circle from my very first job as an adolescent to my now forever job as an adult. The kids have become SO GROWN UP that it had me reminiscing, and let’s face it, feeling pretty old. The Khubels where also welcoming their new puppy to the family during our portrait session.
